If you are to build a long lasting business, you need to know how to thank and appreciate the buying customers and while you do so, you then politely remind them of the imminent second visit. By doing this, you achieve two things. 1. You make your costumer feel valued and 2. You assure them that you will always have what they need – in stock.

When a customer buys from you, you will not need to invest more money on them through marketing, by merely delivering there orders, by responding quickly to their needs and giving them professional service…they will come back again and again. This will have your bank balance swelling positively in no time.
Loss
Constant marketing without a CUSTOMER RETENTION PLAN will always take money out of the company to run more ADS…and secondly you will lose the customers that you have already attracted…and thus lose REPUTATION.
