Repeat Business.

Today’s shop keepers don’t say this but the old generation used to say it every time you bought from them. They would say ” THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING and COME BACK AGAIN”….the fancier ones would shout from behind the counter and say ” CALL AGAIN!!”

If you are to build a long lasting business, you need to know how to thank and appreciate the buying customers and while you do so, you then politely remind them of the imminent second visit. By doing this, you achieve two things. 1. You make your costumer feel valued and 2. You assure them that you will always have what they need – in stock.

Ka madimabe, most young entrepreneurs work hard to market their products and services and once they get customer attention and sales, they quickly move on to get “NEW” clients.

Profit

When a customer buys from you, you will not need to invest more money on them through marketing, by merely delivering there orders, by responding quickly to their needs and giving them professional service…they will come back again and again. This will have your bank balance swelling positively in no time.

Loss

Constant marketing without a CUSTOMER RETENTION PLAN  will always take money out of the company to run more ADS…and secondly you will lose the customers that you have already attracted…and thus lose REPUTATION.

If you are not ready to deliver – then sit down
If you are only thinking of moving products from your shelf, but not striving to build a CLIENT BASE – quit business now
